'1. I needed an extra button and got charged a pound for an extra sewing kit. Such an insignificant item should have been provided free. it is definitely not worth a pound! I thought it was very mean of the hotel and it just put a cloud over my whole stay. 2. Also it was cold in the room and I complained to the front desk that the heating was not working. They promised to send someone over to have a look and never did!!! Combined with the sewing kit incident, I could only deduce that they were probably penny pinching again.
