'The hotel was very centrally located. The staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was nice and clean and the rooms were well maintained. My only objection is to room service knocking at bedroom doors as early as 8.15am on weekend mornings trying to get access to clean the room. Also, at breakfast there was often a long delay while people had to wait for the toaster to be free. Tea and coffee being served at the breakfast table was nice and hot but when the waiting staff were busy we often had difficulty getting a top up.
