'stayed for the third time last week 03.08.2011 after a hard days enjoyment at Alton towers. the room was decent and clean, yes its a bit dated but it was fine. always get a nice warm welcome, the bar is very nice after i had put the kids and wife to bed. breakfast was lovely and there is a great choice to have. i always feel welcome there. hope you all do to.'

'Generally very happy. Room was very quiet but we did not sleep well because of the beds (as we never do in hard beds).
