Arundel House - Description

Arundel House is a privately owned regency building in the Somerset village of Cheddar, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. The area is famous for strawberries, cheese and the wonderful caves, which are found in the mighty Cheddar Gorge. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of shops, golf driving range, adventure caving, indoor children's play centre, riding stables, Cheddar Gorge and the picturesque Mendip Hills. These offer open countryside and magnificent views to those wishing to walk in unspoiled surroundings. Other facilities within a few miles distance include golf, fishing and an artificial ski slope with ski lift. The Hotel's bedrooms, all centrally heated, have colour television, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. Most of our accommodation, including family and double rooms, is en-suite to ensure a comfortable stay.
