Red Lion Inn - Description

A fine old Cotswold Inn situated on what has been described as one of England's most beautiful High Streets. Located at the northern end of the Cotswold Way the Red Lion has been offering warm hospitality from at least 1630. The building itself is full of character and probably dates from the 15th century with its flagstone floors, Cotswold stone interiors, inglenook fireplaces and heavily beamed ceilings. Full of charisma & charm with its nooks and crannies filled with enough interesting bits to fill a modest antique shop. The Red Lion is now offering what is reputedly some of the best food in Chipping Campden. Well kept real ales and a Wine, Single Malt Whisky & Cognac list that offers a hand picked selection unique in the area.
