The George Hotel - Description

The Swallow George Hotel is situated in a beautiful riverside location in rural Northumberland, and is only five miles from the historic market town of Hexham. The North Tyne River is readily accessible for game fishing, with permits available at the hotel, and the World Heritage Site of Hadrian's Wall and many excellent museums are all within a five minute walk. The George Hotel, has a mixture of rooms including two single rooms, 13 twins and a mixture of doubles which include two family rooms. We have satellite TV, trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers in the bedrooms. Some rooms also have picturesque river views. The hotel also has a four poster bed, as well as a suite.
