'Breakfast was lukewarm and undercooked and there appeared to be no option to order separate items other than buffet.Not all staff were fluent in English which also made it difficult at breakfast. Hotel looked tired and the big visiting party put a strain on the facilities and staff at certain times on both days. Have still not received a copy of my bill and credit card receipt which were to be sent on afterwards as system was down apparently. I would just about recommend hotel because of location but it appears to be struggling to present itself as a good 4 star !'
