Royal Golf Hotel - Description

The Hotel is situated on the first tee of the Royal Dornoch Golf Club. Many of the hotel rooms have stunning views of the course and the sea. The Royal serves a full Highland breakfast and the restaurant offers a range of traditional dishes including Sunday lunch and afternoon tea. The hotel's bar stocks over 30 malt whiskies. The Royal Durnoch Golf Club is regularly rated one of the top 20 courses in the world and there are 20 golf courses within an hour's drive of the hotel. Dornoch Cathedral dates back to the 13th century but nowadays the area is better known for its hiking and fishing.
