“Standards have slipped a wee bit with the cleaners.”
'Having stayed here twice and been really pleased with it we booked in for a third visit. A bit disappointed. The room we were given had a broken toilet seat and a hole below the shower where a piece of panel had come off. The towels hadn't been changed and there was no TV controls. We were given a different room and the shower tray was full of bleach in this one. Very strong smell throughout the room coming from the bleach. We were given another room. That was 3 rooms since we came in. The staff at the desk were very welcoming and very helpful and apologetic. Standards have slipped a wee bit from the last visit in the cleaning dept.'
