Originally owned by King Henry VIII, The College Arms is situated on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds. Comfortable rooms offer original features and modern facilities, including free Wi-Fi. The traditional accommodation has original wooden beams, with views across the village green up to Meon Hill. Accessed from the bar or a private entrance, the rooms have TVs, private bathrooms and tea/coffee facilities. A friendly informal bar keeps a range of English ales and beers. The College Arms restaurant serves an extensive menu including classic English cuisine and plenty of fresh fish dishes. Historic Stratford-Upon-Avon, home of William Shakespeare, is only a 10-minute car journey away. The quaint Cotswold wool town of Chipping Campden and its antique shops and tea rooms is within 15 minutes’ drive. The hotel Lounge area has seating arranged around a traditional Cotswold Stone Fireplace. Glass doors open out onto a patio area and beautiful garden.
