The Sun Hotel is a traditional coaching inn, which has been an important landmark of historic Hitchin since the 1500’s. The hotel is a favourite with locals, businessmen and leisure travellers alike who come to enjoy the excellent meals on offer here. The Restaurant serves a wide range of food from around the world and traditional English favourites. Cromwells bar is a thriving night spot frequented by locals and hotel guests alike. All 32 comfortable en-suite bedrooms have a CD player as standard, as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Two feature rooms including one with a four poster also available. Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. There are 5 meeting and conference rooms, as well as a superb ballroom, which caters for up to 150 guests. Nearby attractions include the magnificent Knebworth House, Woburn Abbey, Dunstable Downs and Luton Hoo with its extensive grounds designed by Capability Brown.
