'I have already written to the Scottish Tourist Board about this hotel. The room was very shabby, toilet & sink dirty, Only one channel on TV to watch which was blurred(booking documents stated Satelite TV)No hair dryer. Shower head damaged, Heated towel rail hanging off the wall.
