A very professional experience throughout with clearly well trained & caring staff - the breakfast 'team' were really excellent from Manager to staff. My only concern was the level of room noise which made me adopt my earplugs, this was particularly concerning as the primary purpose of a hotel for me is to actually be able to sleep well.
