'The Unicorn is a very pleasant hotel that dates back several centuries. Therefore uneven and very creaky floors etc are to be expected. The room (a twin room) was a reasonable size though the facilities were pretty basic. A small tv with access to just 4 terrestial channels and a shower that had a very leaky shower head that soaked much of the doorway area of the bathroom. We only had breakfast at the hotel (the restaurant is very modern looking and out of character with the building so we went elsewhere for dinner) and it was pretty standard, though I noticed that during the time that we were in the restaurant (perhaps 20 mins or so) the service to the other guests was extremely variable. Some got their cooked breakfasts (where they ordered them; we just went for the continental breakfast) before they had even finished their cereal whilst others got forgotten and had to complain.
