The Inn with the Well - Description

The Inn with the Well is a traditional coaching Inn (established in 1647) and is set in the midst of the rolling Marlborough Downs on the Ridgeway path – Europe's oldest highway. The Inn is just 5 minutes from Junction 15 of the M4 Motorway and 2 golf courses are within a 5 minute drive. We currently offer 2 Double rooms, 3 twin rooms as well as a family room although the twin rooms can be converted to doubles should you wish. Our family room offers 3 beds but a fourth can be easily added. The rooms are spacious, offering superior en-suite bathrooms with both bath and shower facilities, appealing to both business and leisure travellers. All rooms have a colour TV, a hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, heated towel rail with crisp, clean towels and a duck for the bathroom. The Well Dining Room - named after hole in the floor covered by bullet proof glass - seats 25 but has the capacity for formal sit-down dinners of up to 30 people, or buffet style parties of 35. As a venue for business or training meetings the room is ideal for up to 15 people.
