Cherry Garth Guest House - Description

Situated in the picturesque lakeland village of Ambleside, less than one mile from Lake Windermere, we are in the very heart of the Lake District. Twelve en-suite bedrooms in all, six of which have four poster beds and jacuzzi baths. Families are welcome in our larger rooms. All the rooms are individually and tastefully furnished, some with DVD and Video players and trouser presses. Some rooms feature lakeland stone walls and eleven rooms have wonderful views of the lakeland fells. The lounge - breakfast room features a lakeland stone wall. Patio doors lead onto the garden terrace with superb views of the lakeland fells. The lounge area is also home to our family of fish, who live in a large tank in one corner of the room.
