'I stayed in 4 hotels in the same week. Your Hotel was by far the most expensive and the worst in cleanliness and value for money. I was charge 170.00 GBP excluding breakfast. Breakfast was another 15.00 which was a special deal. The breakfast was no better than you would get from a transport cafe which would charge 4.00 GBP'
