Idyllic country style restaurant and bar with oak beams and inglenook fireplace. Dine in a relaxing atmosphere and enjoy the tastefully renovated bar and restaurant. Open to non-residents, bar meals available and real ale is served. The bar and restaurant is one of the oldest parts of the building and dates back to the 15th century. The character of the hotel is fully reflected in the restaurant which seats up to 35 people. Twenty-seven bedrooms each retaining the character and charm of the building. No two rooms are the same. Many have exposed beams and original fireplaces and are well catered appointed, many having private facilities. Each is individually heated, giving our guests full control. Tea and coffee facilities, colour television and direct dial telephones are provided in each room. The rooms are prepared with a personal touch and, if you need them, hair dryers and irons are available at reception.
