The Loirston Hotel - Description

Ballater is a charming village, surrounded by hills, rivers and beautiful forests and it is situated just 44 miles from the city of Aberdeen. Originally a spa town, it was built as housing and accommodation for the many visitors, who came for the healing power of the water from the Pannanich Wells, on the south side of the Dee river. The village has several interesting shops, many with Royal Appointment signs, showing that the Royal Family also shop within the village. All our rooms have coffee & tea making facilities colour TV and are En-suite style. We have single, twin, double and triple rooms. The hotel has 58 rooms in total with 10 rooms on the ground floor.
