Kings Head - Description

The King's Head, Masham, is a fine Georgian building dating back to the 18th Century, situated in the Market Square of the picturesque town of Masham. From the outset The King's Head was always more than an Inn. In its time it has been combined with a Posting House and surprisingly, an Excise Office. It now offers a warm welcome with an excellent menu range and serves traditional Black Sheep & Theakston cask ales and an extensive wine list making it a popular choice for both locals and visitors to the town. It has recently undergone a sympathetic refurbishment of the bar, restaurant and the 27 Non Smoking letting bedrooms with WiFi and the meeting room can accommodate 40 delegates.
