We are a large comfortable house, offering a relaxed atmosphere, catering for the business and holiday traveller.We are walking distance to the famous Addenbrooks Hospital and 2 miles from the historic city centre, with easy access to the M11 and A14. We are ideally located for the city and for touring. Acacia Guest House offers 10 spacious, modern well laid out bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor, most with en suite facilities.We do have two rooms which have wash basins in the room and they share a bathroom and separate WC. We have three family rooms, one sleeps 4 people and the other two sleep 3 people each. We have one single room, and five twin or double rooms.All our rooms have double glazing, central heating, desks, colour televisions, radio alarms and tea & coffee making facilities. Our en suite facilities are all with shower, WC and washbasin.
