Tasteful and Tranquil 6 years ago
I first stayed at Adniston Manor many years ago whilst on a business trip and my impressions were excellent, so when my partner and myself were attending a wedding reception at the nearby Lennox Love, I had no hesitation in staying here again. I booked the same room I had stayed in previously, the Orchard Suite, as it is a lovely large and bright room with an amazing bed, nice bathroom and overall, is much more spacious than most rooms of a similar price in other hotels. The finishings generally are of a very high standard and you can see that Alan and Audrey have gone into great detail, not only in the rooms, but throughout the whole hotel, to ensure guests enjoy their stay in extremely comfortable and stylish surroundings. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful with a very extensive menu that would suit all tastes and they have gone the extra mile by offering a huge range of products to accompany the breakfast - they even have peanut butter! Amongst other goodies..... I cannot rate Adniston Manor too highly as it is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquility with real hospitality and friendly people. It may only be a few miles from the A1 but it is a million miles from the hustle and bustle you would normally associate with a hotel in such a convenient spot. You will struggle to get a better nights sleep anywhere...... We stayed two nights and will definately be back over the summer months. The outdoor space and gardens are just a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day out exploring the beautiful East Coast. You won't be disappointed if you stay here as I am sure all of the rooms will be of a very high standard just make sure you leave room for a very hearty breakfast..........it's worth it!
