We do not take children or group bookings as we cater mainly for couples wishing to relax and enjoy all the unique splendour of the Cotswolds villages and countryside. Highly recommended. 2 years ago

What do you expect in a B&B? A clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly landlady? What do you get at Holly House? Spotlessly clean and sumptuous bedrooms, the best cooked breakfasts we've had in any B&B or hotel and welcoming owners who genuinely make you feel like guests rather than paying customers. No wonder it's rated No.1 in Bourton-on-the-Water.

Can\'t Recommend It Highly Enough 2 years ago

Everything was spot on and exactly as advertised. Our room was very pleasant, spacious, well stocked up on everything and very clean.

I often have trouble with mattresses in new places but had no issues with our mattress in our room and slept very well.

The staff were super lovely and the food was delicious.

Now I'm craving their salmon muffins and will be making an attempt to cook some homemade granola like theirs!


You could tell the food was freshly cooked and with quality ingredients as it tasted better than most restaurant food.

The service and set up, including decoration, showed clearly that Jayne and David really care about their B&B and their guests, and pay attention to the tiniest detail.

My partner and me can't recommend this place highly enough!

Lovely place to stay 2 years ago

We stayed in June on a special offer and we have to say it's the nicest place we've stayed spotlessly clean comfortable beds Jane made us so welcome and the choice of breakfast is fantastic thanks to David I would highly recommend a stay we will definitely be back All the little touches make this a special place many thanks Elaine and Tom
