By Car (from the M4 motorway):
- Leave the M4 motorway at junction 32 and head north-west on the A470.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A468 - Caerphilly Road.
- Go through 2 roundabouts.
- At the Pwllypant roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A469.
- Go through 3 roundabouts.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A472.
- At the Crown roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A4049.
- Go through one roundabout.
- Turn right onto Bryn Road.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit, continuing straight on, on Bryn Road.
- Turn right onto Gordon Road, where Monnington Lodge is located.
By Car (from Pontypool roundabout)
- From the Pontypool roundabout, head south-west towards the A472.
- Turn left onto the A467.
- At the Celynen roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A472.
- At the Pentwynmawr roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the B4251
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A4048.
- Turn right at the B4254 - High Street
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Gordon Road, where Monnington Lodge is located.
