I arrived at this hotel after spending 3 hours on the hard shoulder following a vehicle breakdown.
I had phoned ahead to say I would be a late check-in. It was no problem. The night porter was very helpful.
The hotel décor is in line with expectation based on the price. It has a comfortable lounge area.
On the night I stayed (Feb 2018) the whole hotel was very hot. I found this uncomfortable. Other hotel guests were noisy with doors banging and people shouting throughout the night.
The night porter who checked me in around midnight was still on duty at 5pm the following day when I sorted collection of my car. He was very helpful, but I imagine he must have been tired!

The old vicarage was easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. The room was dated but clean. The only disappointing thing was that the Breakfast was not available. for some reason it wasn't available on a Tuesday??

Large warm comfortable family room that my daughter and I stayed in when visiting my son. Staff were very friendly and went ut of their way to be helpful. Lovely carpets and antique furniture and plenty of off-road parking. Would give 4.5 stars - would have given 5 starts if hairdryer in room (that I actually was not expecting,so another lovely touch)was not broken. Bathroom was newly fitted and pristine. Thank you - I will be back!

We planned this trio very quickly as u wanted to do the emmerdale tour in leeds, so a quick look for a cheap b&b. Very basic with what pay for but i wasnt expecting the Ritz for £36. Cosy little room we were given, maybe does need a little rework lick of paint msybe new mattress as springs were coming through on bed but for somewhere to put your head its good. Plenty of parking at the back. In all not a bad cheap and basic b&b

Thank you for a lovely three days. Our first night in the basement was my the best but the manager was really helpful and quickly moved us to a much better room. Basic but Clean and extremely good value. Very handy for Morley. Leeds M62. Will definitely stay here again, but not in the basement.

Looking for an overnight stay this hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Parking, quiet, breakfast adequate and a good price. It's not the Hilton but neither are the prices. There is an very nice lounge to relax in after a long drive. A short easy drive to the centre of Leeds and friendly staff. Happy to stay again. Thank you.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy reach of Leeds. We stayed during Slamdunk fest and they called us taxis and made sure everything ran to plan.
The room was a little small and maybe not the cleanest place I've stayed but nothing major. But for the price it was well worth it!
